Prime HealthCare Group Invests in Canon Technology
Canon Emirates, a subsidiary of Canon Middle East has today signed an MPS (managed print services) agreement with the Prime HealthCare Group, a multi-specialty medical facility in the UAE. The deal signifies the growth of Canon Emirates’ MPS offering for the Healthcare segment in the region.
The Canon MPS agreement involves the installation of 14 Canon printing solutions including the imageRUNNER Advance 4245i across the group’s network of facilities including the recently opened Prime Hospital in Garhoud, Dubai.
“Managing your own print infrastructure and processes is a costly and time-consuming affair and in an organisation like ours that involves printing and document management at every minute, active management and continual optimisation of print infrastructure becomes of utmost importance. The Canon MPS agreement would take care of our print needs, controlling costs, increasing efficiency and leaving staff free to do what they do best,” said Krishna Kumar, IT Director, Prime HealthCare Group, Dubai.
As per the MPS agreement, Canon Emirates will take care of the print infrastructure at the various centres of the group. The MPS offering will help the group in streamlining their in-house printing activities enabling them with productivity, efficiency and a cost saving of over 20 % in terms of print operating costs.
“Canon understands its customer’s business and the partnership with Prime Health Group is a testimony to this understanding. Canon MPS enables organisations to benefit from total asset control, productivity and cost savings. ” said Shadi Bakhour, General Manager, Canon Emirates.
