Impressive Start to Gulf Print & Pack 2022

The much-awaited Gulf Print & Pack 2022 registered an impressive response by printers from the commercial print, label, and package printing industries filling up the aisles on the very first day of the show.

Gulf Print & Pack 2022 was inaugurated by Director General of Dubai’s Department of Information His Highness  Sheikh Hasher bin Maktoum Al Maktoum.

The spotlight on the opening day was on Canon’s global launch of its imagePRESS V1000. Besides Canon – one of the first exhibitors to confirm their participation at GPP 2022, other major players taking part include Heidelberg, Kodak, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, and Xerox.

Event Director of Gulf Print & Pack 2022 Barry Killengrey was delighted with the attendance on the inaugural day. “Pre-registration is double that of what we have seen in the previous edition of GPP, demonstrating the eagerness of the MEA print community to reconnect in person. We have also noticed a rise in the number of international visitors from outside the Middle East region,” says an excited Killengrey.

Gulf Print & Pack 2022 is being held at Dubai World Trade Centre’s Sheikh Saeed Halls 1 and 2 from 24 to 26 May, 2022.
