Egypt: PAPER-ME to be Held from 17 to 20 December 2020
12th edition of PAPER-ME exhibition will take place from 17 to 20 December 2020 in Cairo. It is the largest gathering of paper, cardboard, and printing and packaging industries in Egypt, Africa and the Middle East.
The exhibition’s major sponsors are National Bank of Egypt, the Export Council for Paper, Printing and Packaging, the Chamber of Printing and Packaging Industry and the Industry Modernization Center. The exhibition is being held at the Conference Hall in Nasr City.
According to Imad Shaalan, Director General of the PAPER-ME, this year’s event is being held under exceptional circumstances due to Coronavirus crisis. “PAPER-ME is an important opportunity to learn about the latest technologies in the field of paper and cardboard industries, which support the development of the Egyptian industry and revive the national economy.” Comments Shaalan
Shaalan pointed out that the current year’s exhibition is based on a set of basic economic goals, most notably the expansion of the volume of business of Egyptian companies and manufacturers participating in the exhibition. The National Bank provides banking facilities to participants during exhibitions.
The number of presentations and seminars related to paper industry and packaging will be organized by the Industry Modernization Center on the parallel to the daily activities of the exhibition.
