The symposium addressed the concerns of the publisher, writer and distributor in a transparent dialogue and express what faces the process of printing, translation, publishing, distribution and affected industry publication of the Covid 19 pandemic and the reluctance of readers to buy books and resort to books Electronic that invaded the Internet sites and networks.

Printing, publishing, distribution and cooperation between the author and the publishing house and both sides face many challenges, and these challenges have increased with the COVID-19 pandemic.
She drew attention to the successful experience of the UAE in supporting publishers as well.
The publisher, Bassam Chbarou, said copyright must be respected and everybody must help to fight the piracy in publishing. Emirati poet, novelist and journalist, Muhammad al-Habsi, said that the pandemic showed the world the importance of creative approach to economy, soft power and development of industries and publishing is one of the pillars of development.
