BOBST Shows Entire Printing Spectrum at WT Middle East

BOBST, one the leading suppliers of substrate processing, printing and converting equipment and services for the label, flexible packaging, folding carton, and corrugated board industries successfully completed its participation at the World Tobacco Middle East held in Dubai on 27-28 November, 2023.

Alongside with partners IST METZ GmbH & Co. and ACTEGA, with whom the exhibition stand was shared, BOBST demonstrated once again that tobacco packaging could ‘feel good and shine bright’. Customers had the chance to explore the entire printing spectrum for tobacco packaging; from printing to coating and drying, through latest UV technology, up to finishing.

While IST METZ develops, manufactures, and distributes drying and UV curing systems for the graphic arts and industrial applications,  ACTEGA develops and produces specialty coatings, inks, adhesives, and sealing compounds with a focus on the packaging, printing, and medical industries.

Also in focus were LEMANIC RIVIERA ILS and LEMANIC DELTA, two of BOBST’s web-fed gravure printing and converting lines for cardboard that deliver finished blanks in a single machine pass. Chosen by famous world-wide brand owners, these lines seamlessly deliver high volumes of the most challenging jobs for the tobacco, food, liquid packaging, and general folding carton industries.
