Print4All New Biennial Schedule to Strengthen Trade Fair

From triennial to biennial, Print4All evolves to better keep pace with international market and offer printing and converting supply chain an event that is more aligned with speed of innovation
Print4All becomes a biennial event—a strategic shift that reinforces the exhibition’s role as a key meeting point for the printing, converting, and packaging industries. Organised by Fiera Milano and promoted by ACiMGA and ARGI, the trade fair is entering a new phase, with professionals set to meet again from 25–28 May 2027.
This decision follows the results of the 2025 edition, which recorded 269 exhibitors and more than 20,297 professional visitors from 68 countries. These figures confirm Print4All’s importance within the European and international trade fair landscape, while also highlighting the need to bring the event closer to the pace at which technologies, investments, and competitive dynamics are evolving today.

Acceleration to Align with Rapidly Evolving Sector
With the rapid pace in which the printing and converting sector is evolving, three years represent a very long interval as technologies, production models, brand needs, materials, software, and industrial strategies change significantly within much shorter timeframes. Making Print4All a biennial event consequently offers the market a more responsive, more useful platform that is better aligned with the evolution of the international landscape.
The new timing is designed to integrate more effectively with the global printing industry events calendar. In an increasingly interconnected sector, having a biennial Italian exhibition allows companies to better plan their participation, accelerate market dialogue, and present innovations more consistently.

Italian Hub with International Outlook
Print4All aims to consolidate its role as a leading hub for printing and converting, bringing together manufacturers, printers, converters, brand owners, and communication professionals. In a complex economic context, the event takes on even greater value as it is part of a supply chain that continues to demonstrate strength and competitiveness.
Italy confirms its leading role on the global stage. Data from ACiMGA ranks the country as the world’s third-largest exporter of printing and converting machinery, with a 10% market share. This makes the strengthening of a national exhibition even more significant—an event rooted in one of Europe’s strongest manufacturing systems, yet increasingly speaking to a global audience.

Printing Remains Key to Communication and Packaging
The shift to a biennial format is also important because the sector represented by Print4All is far from marginal. In an age dominated by digital, print continues to be a fundamental asset for communication and packaging. A label, a brochure, a magazine, a poster, or printed packaging conveys identity, quality, experience, and connection. Material processing, printing on different substrates, embellishment, finishing, and texture selection create a tangible, physical, and memorable language. This is why Print4All continues to be an essential space to showcase how the sector evolves not only technically, but also culturally and creatively.
Within Print4All’s new path, the corrugated board segment is further strengthened through the Corrugated Experience concept, which becomes a dedicated exhibition area highlighting both production and handling technologies, as well as traditional and digital printing solutions.

New Visual to Express New Direction
Supporting this evolution is the new visual for Print4All 2027, created by Advision, which places people at the centre of the printing galaxy. Textures, papers, colours, patterns, inks, and materials come together in an immersive image that reflects the vibrant, sensory, and multidimensional nature of printed products.
The claim, ‘PRINT FOR ALL WHO HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY’, encapsulates the exhibition’s positioning. It suggests that printing and material processing are not just technical tools, but strategic drivers for all markets with a message to communicate.
