The MoU was signed by Abdallah Obeikan, CEO of Obeikan Investment Group, and Dalia Ibrahim, CEO of Nahdet Misr Publishing Group.

Both institutions are working in conjunction with the ministries of education in Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
