In a major move signalling its evolution beyond legacy printing, Xerox has officially introduced a refreshed logo and brand identity. This transformation marks the official union of operational capabilities following the company’s recent acquisition of Lexmark, solidifying its shift towards becoming a unified technology and digital workflow provider.

The corporate evolution aims to combine the structural footprints, service frameworks, and technological portfolios of both industry giants to better serve a distributed global workforce.

Xerox Chief Marketing Officer Darren Cassidy comments on the significance of the corporate repositioning: “More capability. More intelligence behind everything we deliver. Our heritage got us here.
