Print4All Webinar Explores Future of Labelling

Creativity, printing technologies, and brand strategies: who drives innovation when a label is printed? This core question will inaugurate Labels: Beyond Beauty, an upcoming industry webinar scheduled for 18 November 2026 at 3:00 PM. The event marks the launch of Print4All’s educational programme, designed to deliver high-level content and in-depth insights to industry professionals in the run-up to its next edition, scheduled to take place at Fiera Milano from 25–28 May 2027.
A label is much more than a decorative element. It tells the brand’s story, enhances the product, and influences consumers’ point-of-sale purchasing decisions. At the same time, technological innovation is expanding the possibilities available to designers, brands, and printers. New materials, special finishes, personalisation, and traceability solutions are opening up opportunities to combine aesthetics, sustainability, and functionality.
However, the relationship between creativity and technology does not work in just one direction. While new production solutions broaden the scope for creative expression, creative vision and brand strategies in turn stimulate technological development and influence production choices. The webinar will therefore provide an opportunity to compare different perspectives and understand how to create a standout, innovation-driven label today.
The discussion will feature Creostudios Senior Project Manager Eladia Sillo and Operations Manager Giovanna Guglielmi, Eurostampa Italy CEO Gian Franco Cillario, Sabrina Lucibello, Full Professor in Industrial Design at Sapienza University of Rome, and Alberto Palaveri, Executive Member of the Board, Sacchital Group, who are participating as Print4All Ambassadors. They will be joined by Consorzio del Vermouth di Torino Director Pierstefano Berta and President Bruno Malavasi. The webinar will be moderated by Enrico Barboglio, CEO of Stratego Group.,
Creostudios’ extensive experience in creativity and design, Eurostampa Italy’s leading role in the label market, Sapienza University of Rome’s academic expertise in design and materials, and the contribution of Consorzio del Vermouth di Torino, bringing the perspective of a brand for which the label is a powerful expression of identity and values, will offer complementary perspectives, connecting the requirements of creative design with the opportunities offered by technological and production innovation.

Ambassadors to Share Market Expertise
The 18 November virtual event is part of the programme of content and discussion that will accompany the community on the journey towards Print4All 2027, with the ambassadors sharing their expertise, experience, and different perspectives on the market.
Representing this diversity of viewpoints will be Cillario for labelling, Palaveri for converting, Sillo and Guglielmi for the creative sector, and Lucibello for design and materials. Their contributions will support Print4All both in the run-up to and during the exhibition through webinars, editorial content, interviews, and workshops, providing the community with insights and experience on the issues and transformations shaping the market.
This approach stems from listening to the industry supply chain and aims to make Print4All a platform for professional development, discussion, and networking, capable of bringing together different areas of expertise and fostering dialogue among industry professionals.
On Road to Print4All 2027
Organised and promoted by Fiera Milano, Argi, and ACiMGA, Print4All will return to Fiera Milano from 25–28 May 2027, offering a cross-sector overview of a market in which technologies, materials, applications, and expertise are increasingly interconnected.
The exhibition will bring together the entire supply chain, from printing systems to converting processes, from package printing to industrial printing, from corrugated board to labelling, from commercial and publishing printing to large-format printing and visual communication, through to innovation in substrates, inks, and materials.
Against this backdrop, the ambassadors programme will extend the discussion beyond the days of the exhibition, creating a journey of in-depth exploration and knowledge-sharing that will accompany the industry right up to the event in May.
