SIEMA 2026: Defining the Future of Agrifood Technology

The much anticipated 9th edition of MOROCCO SIEMA—the international food processing, packaging, and machinery exhibition—is officially set to return to Casablanca from 22–24 September 2026. This year’s showcase at the AMDIE (OFEC) exhibition centre arrives at a pivotal moment, with Morocco’s agrifood and machinery sectors experiencing an unprecedented surge fuelled by soaring sales and nationwide push towards advanced mechanisation.
Organised by Elan Expo, Morocco’s leading trade exhibition dedicated to food processing and packaging technologies, brings together exporters, industry leaders, and qualified buyers from across the region and beyond. It also provides a powerful platform for networking, business development, and exploring the latest innovations in packaging, food processing, agriculture, and logistics. Live product demonstrations will be one of the show floor highlights.
The momentum behind the 2026 expo is driven by the huge success of the previous edition which featured 236 global brands from 26 countries, ranging from Canada and Switzerland to Japan and India. The massive international footprint attracted over 16,700 professional visitors, creating a high-octane environment for networking and trade. Beyond the exhibition floor, SIEMA 2025 featured 13 conferences where 43 industry leaders shared insights with thousands of eager attendees on food technologies, agricultural advancements, packaging innovations, and sustainable solutions.
