Market Trends in Jordan
In Jordan, each of plastics, petrochemicals, packaging, printing, and paper sectors, is experiencing growth, though at varying paces.
The $1.5 billion packaging industry in Jordan shows the highest CAGR of 5.5% (2023-28), driven by sustainability and e-commerce trends.
The plastics market, valued at $1.1 billion, is also experiencing a strong CAGR of 4.2% (2023-28), with increased demand in flexible packaging and agricultural films.
Though Jordan’s printing sector shows modest growth (3.2% CAGR), it is witnessing a transition from traditional techniques to digital and on-demand printing solutions, catering especially to the advertising and packaging industries.
Despite the growth differences, a common theme across the sectors is a shift toward environmentally friendly materials and processes, reflecting global sustainability goals.
Taking place in Amman, Jordan, one of the fastest growing economies in the Middle East, the expo benefits from significant growth in the service sector, driven by advancements in telecommunications and finance. This aligns with the Jordanian government’s goal to achieve unprecedented economic growth.
Arab International Expo 2025 is organised by the Arab Union for International Exhibitions and Conferences (AUiEC) in partnership with Silver Elite under the patronage of Jordan’s Ministry of Industry, Trade & Supply.
Opening Timings: 2 pm – 8 pm (all days).
