Spectrum printing press recently installed the first Ricoh C901 digital press in the region. The new investment is part of company’s plan to expand its digital portfolio. In an interview with ME Printer, Ramzi Razian Executive Director of Spectrum said: “We are confident that the new Ricoh digital machine printing will enhance our quality and productivity and will help us to offer faster and better service to our customers. The Ricoh C901 digital printing machine is installed at Spectrum’s Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) branch located between halls 2 and 3. The machine will increase Spectrum’s print capabilities and will be able to support the high demand of some of the world’s largest trade shows for printed material.
The Ricoh C901 has an input capacity of 11,000 sheets and stacker capacity of 10,000 sheets. With an external Fiery, it is easy to manage color, impose and compose documents. According to the manufacturer at 90 impressions per minute it is the fastest engine in its category regardless of media type, weight or when duplexing.
