PLASTEX 2026 to Unveil Latest Industry Innovations in Cairo

Positioned as a pivotal event for the plastics and rubber sectors across the Middle East and North Africa region, PLASTEX 2026 is scheduled to take place at Egypt International Exhibition Center, Cairo, from 9-12 January 2026. The event’s 20th anniversary promises to be the largest and most influential of its kind in the region.
Held under the patronage of Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, and supported by the Chamber of Chemical Industries, the Division of Plastics Industries, and the Chemicals & Fertilizers Exports Council, the exhibition enjoys the support of leading industry bodies, positioning Egypt as the regional hub for innovation.
With the participation of over 500 exhibiting companies from more than 60 countries, PLASTEX 2026 will serve as a global platform for showcasing the latest innovations, products, and solutions across the entire value chain of the plastics and rubber industries.

The over 32,000 trade professionals expected to attend the event will have the opportunity to explore a wide array of offerings including raw materials, advanced machinery, smart packaging solutions, recycling and sustainability technologies, and industrial automation tools.
A key highlight of the event will be the accompanying strategic, technical, and recycling and packaging conferences featuring over 100 expert speakers across more than 45 sessions. The three conferences aim to drive discussions on critical topics such as sustainable manufacturing models, regulatory developments, and the integration of circular economy principles within the industry.
