ETERNA ECUT Die-cutters Give Al Khat’s Packaging a Fillip
Kuwait’s Al Khat Packaging has invested in two ETERNA ECUT 1060 E automatic die-cutters. The equipment is part of the company’s steadfast commitment to quality and future growth. This is the fifth and sixth such installations carried out by Dubai-based Prestige Graphics Trading, the official distributor of printing and packaging machinery and consumables in the GCC countries.

The ECUT 1060 E is known for its high speed performance (up to 7,500 sheets/hour), smooth and low noise running, high safety features, and easy operation. The die-cutter comes with a fully-automatic non-stop feeder and preloading capabilities to boost productivity and utilises the best alloy steel material at all critical points to enhance durability and precision. Sharp corners are non-existent along the entire travel path to avoid scratches. The ECUT 1060 E is also equipped with sensors that constantly monitor every aspect of the operation, displaying relevant information in the event of any equipment or operation fault.
Shanghai Eternal Machinery Co., Ltd. (ETERNA), was established in 1995 in Shanghai, China. In January 2011, ETERNA became a member of packaging major Bobst Group which acquired 65% shares of Gordon Ltd., the Hong Kong based holding company of ETERNA.
ETERNA specialises is manufacturing automatic die-cutters, hot foil stampers, and folder gluers; besides e-Line, a fully automated production line for die-cutting.
