The imageRUNNER C3025i utilises Canon’s award-winning technology to ensure that users’ master their document workflows from start to finish. Designed to improve efficiency and productivity at every stage of the print process, the device is packed full of new features to help optimise small office environments.
The easy-to-use and intuitive 5-inch touchscreen enhances office efficiency, allowing users to start operating instantly. The compact device combines fast mono and colour print speeds of 25 pages per minute with striking V2 colour imaging technology and the option of a 3-in-1 finisher that offers staple, staple-on-demand and ECO staple functionality, to deliver high quality outputs time and time again. For more scan-intensive environments, the imageRUNNER C3025i is equipped with a reversing automatic document feeder (RADF) as standard.
However users are creating, sharing and managing their documents, the imageRUNNER C3025i facilitates new ways of working and is compatible with a host of personal devices including tablets, laptops and smartphones. Once connected, users will then be able to execute their mobile workflows using technologies such as the Canon’s PRINT Business App, AirPrint, Mopria and Google Cloud Printing platform. Users can also choose to transfer their data through a wired or wireless network connection or, to help keep up with the demands of modern working environments without compromising on security, IT administrators can help them connect through a direct WiFi connection, without them having to connect a personal device to the company network.
Providing a time effective approach to digital document sharing, the imageRUNNER device also comes with the MF Scan Utility that improves scanning workflows and allows users to take advantage of the machines capability to create files such as searchable PDF documents, attach them to an e-mail and scan directly to assigned destinations.
The imageRUNNER C3025i supports remote service capabilities for toner management and diagnostics to keep the device up and running. Thanks to GDLS functionality, users can easily update their device to the latest available firmware ensuring a strong return on investment of their asset. They also have maintenance videos to help simplify the management of the machine so that employees can perform routine troubleshooting at no additional cost, without needing a service call out.
As security remains a priority for most modern businesses, the imageRUNNER C3025i simplifies the management and application of Canon’s impressive security offering. While the device comes with native secure printing, IPSec and the option of encrypted PDF functionality, IT administrators can take advantage of seamless integration with Canon’s uniFLOW management software, allowing them to manage and control user access across a centralised fleet of devices.
