On 16 May 2025, the highly anticipated All in Print China 2026 Press Conference, held at the high-end Crowne Plaza Beijing International Airport, drew major attention from the printing community. Over 100 industry participants, including exhibitors, media representatives, and associations, gathered to gain insights into the strategic vision and innovative highlights of All in Print 2026 (AIP China 2026), scheduled for 12-16 October 2026 at Shanghai New International Expo Centre.

AIP China 2026 is expected to attract over 1,100 exhibitors to an expo area spanning an impressive 1,10,000 square metres. The exhibition will feature the entire industry chain – digital printing and pre-press, comprehensive printing, packaging printing and post-press processing, corrugated packaging, labelling, flexible packaging, inks and innovative materials – forming a comprehensive one-stop platform for multiple upstream-downstream business matching sessions.

59.89% of the international participants at AIP China 2023 came from Asia, which reflects the event’s influence and strong business networking capabilities in the region. In particular, given the establishment of Messe Düsseldorf Asia in 2024, which aims to strengthen regional cooperation, full support will be given to AIP China 2026. The aim is to simultaneously expand AIP China 2026’s presence in major Asian markets, while also grasping the demand characteristics and development trends of the printing industry in different Asian regions to offer more targeted and valuable platforms to both exhibitors and visitors.
