Screen Announces Partnership With No-Me
Screen has announced that it has signed a partnership agreement with No-Me. The agreement comprises distribution of the Screen Truepress Jet L350UV+ series of label printers in Norway, Sweden, Iceland and Denmark.
“The new partnership will guarantee Screen’s customers fast and skilled technical service as well as commercial support from a team with over 30-years’ experience,” declares Glenn Büttner, No-Me Managing Director, “As a growing company looking to expand its remit in digital technology, this is a significant partnership for us. Inkjet technology has gained huge interest in recent years and we’re delighted to be working with an industry leader such as Screen.”
The Screen Truepress Jet L350UV+ and the Truepress Jet L350UV+LM both deliver high performance, reliable print speeds of up to 60 meters per minute and enable the reproduction of a wider colour gamut by adding support for a special orange ink to conventional C, M, Y, K and white inks. Unrivalled levels of functionality are also brought to food packaging label production by the Truepress Jet L350UV+LM. The press includes a nitrogen purge mechanism for accelerating the curing of UV inks, further preventing ink migration and UV odour as well as using newly developed low migration (low permeability) inks that offer enhanced safety.
Büttner concludes, “Screen is a leader in the field of inkjet digital printing and, with the Truepress Jet L350UV+ series, has become a reference company in manufacturing digital presses for self-adhesive labels. For No-Me, a partnership with Screen is a noteworthy step in the right direction for our company.”
Frans Kops, Area Sales Director, states, “Scandinavia is an increasingly important market for Screen. We have identified No-Me as a distributor that matches our ambitions and our hopes for success in the region. The introduction of the Truepress Jet L350UV+LM opens new opportunities for developmental relationships with new customers, and we are happy that No-Me can help with this in mind!”
