INTRALOGISTICA ITALIA to Unveil Intralogistics Innovations

From 27-30 May 2025, INTRALOGISTICA ITALIA – the only trade fair in Italy entirely dedicated to the most innovative solutions  and integrated systems for materials handling and warehouse management – returns to Fiera Milano in Halls 6 and 10. The event is part of The Innovation Alliance, a platform offering visitors a comprehensive overview of technologies for the manufacturing industry.

Ten years after its inaugural edition, the event consolidates the strategic collaborations developed over previous editions and offers a privileged stage for the most advanced technologies in intralogistics and industrial automation.

In an era of volatility and uncertainty, INTRALOGISTICA ITALIA stands out as a stable point for end users seeking solutions for their warehouses and for manufacturers who come here to engage with all the major global competitors.

This affirmation is supported by figures describing a constantly growing event, perfectly aligned with the evolution of internal logistics, which is increasingly strategic: over 6,000 sq m of exhibition space, 112 exhibitors (22% from abroad, with Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium leading), 25 conferences and workshops, and pre-registered visitors from over 120 countries.

“INTRALOGISTICA ITALIA has established itself from the outset as a reference point for the sector,” emphasises Andreas Züge, General Manager, Hannover Fairs International GmbH. “The growth of e-commerce, de-risking strategies, and the progressive shortening of supply chains are transforming the logistics landscape: warehouses are increasing, and technologies are evolving.”

Among the key themes of this edition, technological innovation and sustainability – automation, AI, cybersecurity, energy efficiency, servitisation, and female leadership – will be at the centre of conferences developed in partnership with AISEM (Italian Association of Sensors and Microsystems); ANIMA (Federation of Italian Associations of Mechanical and Engineering Industries); and Politecnico di Milano, Italy’s largest technical university along with osservatori.net, the varsity’s digital innovation observatories.

“A rich and articulated programme makes INTRALOGISTICA ITALIA a hub connecting all actors of the national and international ecosystem – large companies, SMEs, global players, research centres, associations, and institutions – to accelerate innovation and optimise processes,” adds Züge.

Advisory Panel

The success of INTRALOGISTICA ITALIA begins with its exhibitors and the Advisory Panel, a committee made up of key players in the Italian market, producers, and users of the technologies displayed in the trade fair who have ensured the continuous technical updating of the exhibition since its first edition. The Advisory Panel for this edition includes leaders in the intralogistics sector: AISEM, Automha, B2C Logistics Center, Bennet, Bialetti, Bito, Caleffi, Cortilia, Decathlon, Dematic, FIEGE, Interroll, Iveco Group, Kardex, Latteria Soresina, Mecalux, Modula, Orogel, osservatori.net, Politecnico di Milano, RiteHite, SAP, Savoye, Sigma, SSI Schafer Incas, Swisslog, Teva, Toyota, United Colors of Benetton, Verallia, Zalando, and Zuegg.

Conferences

For the 2025 edition, INTRALOGISTICA ITALIA has developed a rich and diversified programme in partnership with Politecnico di Milano, osservatori.net, B2C Logistics Center, AISEM, and ANIMA.

A variety of topics will be on the agenda, including the evolution of warehouses; new EU regulation and packaging practices; innovation, regulations, and geopolitics for future intralogistics; evolution of logistics real estate; artificial intelligence and cyber security; future of material handling; challenges and solutions in the design and fixing of storage systems; answers to the most popular questions from the INAIL –ANIMA 2024-2025 Roadshow; women, innovation, and industry; environmental impact of e-commerce deliveries; and servitisation as a lever for future intralogistics, among others.
