HEIDELBERG Event Unveils ChromaStar, Smart Workflows

Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (HEIDELBERG) successfully hosted its Packaging & Label Day at the company’s Home of Print facility drawing over 350 industry customers from 22 countries. The event mainly focused on cross-technology integration, strategic partner collaboration, and user-centric production.

A central highlight of the event was the introduction of the new ChromaStar system, which debuted a fresh approach to automated and highly reproducible colour preparation. Additionally, a collaborative demonstration alongside Pack-Smart Inc. showcased the seamless convergence of automation, serialisation, personalisation, and digital product identities in a fully integrated production process.

The forum also served to mark a prominent corporate milestone, honouring the 140th anniversary of Favillini Pharmaceutical Packaging Group and recognising its long-standing operational partnership with HEIDELBERG.
