Arabplast 2015 Bigger Than Ever

Experts in the petrochemicals industry say that the UAE produces 2.4 million tons of polymers, commanding a share of 10 percent of the total GCC production of 23.9 million tons.

This was revealed while launching ArabPlast 2015, the region’s largest trade show for plastics, rubber and petrochemicals, that has confirmed participation of 1100 exhibitors from 45 countries, two months ahead of the biennial event that will span nine halls in Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre (DICEC), from January 10 to 13, 2015.

For the first time in ArabPlast history, a UAE firm ‘Borouge’ is taking a lead by supporting the event as Principal Sponsor where the event will feature 18 country pavilions, the largest of which will be that of Saudi Arabia. Tasnee is the Diamond Sponsor, while NATPET is on board as the Gold Sponsor. Emirates Airlines also joined hands with Arabplast as the Official Airlines.
