Twelve Tunisian companies from the packaging and related sectors participated in Eurasia Packaging Istanbul 2026 – the leading trade event for the packaging industry across Eurasia. The 31st edition of the event was held at Tüyap Fair and Congress Center, Istanbul, Türkiye, from 13–16 October 2026.
Organised under the direct supervision of PACKTEC (The Technical Centre of Packing and Packaging), the Tunisian delegation aimed to enhance domestic competitiveness, boost export capacities, and solidify international market presence. The event offered vital networking channels with global manufacturers, suppliers, and prospective clients, allowing Tunisian firms to explore new commercial partnerships and technological collaborations within the global packaging sector.
According to PACKTEC, the strong turnout underscores the diversity of Tunisia’s industrial landscape across packaging, plastics, printing, and labelling. The exhibition provided a strategic platform for Tunisian enterprises to evaluate the latest advancements in packaging materials, packaging machinery, printing solutions, and logistics. Additionally, participants explored emerging technologies focused on sustainability, automation, and product quality enhancement.

Eurasia Packaging Istanbul 2026 brought together over 1,200 exhibitors from 35 countries and attracted around 80,000 professional visitors looking to discover the latest industrial trends, automation systems, and sustainable packaging solutions.
Created in 1996 specifically to support sector companies in Tunisia in their upgrade and modernisation efforts, PACKTEC works closely with the industry to ensure domestic products are adapted to strict export market requirements, focusing its core areas of intervention on packaging materials, food packaging safety, regulations surrounding transport packaging and dangerous products, and printing works.
