Xerox Event Showcases End-to-End Production Ecosystem

Xerox recently wrapped up The Future of Xerox Production Print, a four-day event for commercial print providers, channel partners, and industry leaders from across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Held at the Xerox Innovation Centre in Uxbridge, UK, the high-impact event featured hands-on demonstrations, technology previews, and executive briefings designed to accelerate growth in the production print market.
“Print providers are at a defining moment where intelligence, automation, and differentiation will separate leaders from followers,” says Terry Antinora, head of Global Production Print Services, Xerox. “Production print is a strategic pillar for Xerox, and we are investing boldly in high-speed inkjet, AI-driven workflow, and digital embellishment to help our clients enter a new era of print.”
Throughout the event, Xerox demonstrated its end-to-end production ecosystem, highlighting how connected workflows, automation, and digital enhancements create a more efficient and integrated production environment.
The event also marked the global debut of several new technologies, including the Xerox Proficio PX300 and PX500 digital colour presses. The PX300 is a compact solution that combines automation and application versatility for small print providers, while the high-speed PX500 is engineered for scalable, high-volume operations. Both models feature Ultra HD resolution for exceptional print clarity and an optional 5th colour station for high-value embellishments beyond CMYK. Also debuting was the Xerox IJP900, a mid-volume inkjet printer that helps print providers expand into transactional and direct mail applications with high-impact colour while improving efficiency through streamlined operation and integrated workflow automation.
Additionally, Xerox introduced the PrimeLink C9200 Series, an entry-level production colour printer now featuring Fogra-certified colour with the Fiery EX print server, expanded envelope support, advanced finishing options, and productivity tools that streamline job management. Supporting these systems was the Xerox FreeFlow Vision Connect software, a cloud-based production monitoring and analytics platform with faster onboarding, expanded predictive monitoring, and new support for the Xerox IJP900 inkjet press.
Together, these presses and workflow software expand opportunities for print providers across high-quality colour, high-volume inkjet, and automated production, offering more ways to streamline operations, capture new markets, and accelerate growth.
