A B Graphic International (ABG), a global leader in finishing equipment founded in 1954 by the Burton family, is strengthening its premium product offering through a new collaboration with Gietz AG.
For over 70 years, ABG has built its reputation on delivering innovative finishing solutions, supported by its team of more than 450 experts worldwide. The company continues to meet evolving market demands with cutting-edge technology and an “above and beyond” service ethos.
Gietz AG, established in 1892 and still family-led under Hansjörg Gietz, brings more than 130 years of expertise in printing, packaging, and security solutions. The company is recognized for advancing Heat Transfer (Hot Foiling) flat-bed technology, with its ROFO 450 and 570 series standing as benchmarks in the label industry.
Meeting Growing Market Demands
ABG already offers a range of hot stamping solutions on its flagship Digicon platform, including semi-rotary and flat-bed options, as well as the renowned Big Foot device with a 50-ton stamping force. However, recognizing the need for higher performance, ABG will now integrate Gietz’s premium ROFO 450 and 570 modules into its finishing equipment.
The Gietz ROFO 450 ECO delivers unmatched capabilities with a stamping area of up to 24 inches, a force of 100 tons, and speeds of up to 22,000 strokes per hour (120 m/min). A PLUS version and the wider ROFO 570 are also available for even greater performance.
Strong Partnership, Independent Identity
While ABG and Gietz are joining forces to expand capabilities, both companies remain independent. Their shared goal is to provide customers with the most advanced and reliable machine solutions on the market.
At the upcoming Labelexpo, visitors can see the ROFO 450 ECO in action at the Gietz stand (Hall 4, Stand 4D26), producing a highly embellished label in four processing steps. ABG will also showcase 10 finishing solutions across the exhibition, with its main booth located in Hall 3 (Stand 3E41) and additional machines on the HP stand (5D21) and Hall 5 (5E25).
