“Encyclopedia of Ancient Egypt” to be Unveiled at Cairo International Book Fair

The Supreme Cultural Committee of the 52^nd Cairo International Book Fair, which is scheduled to take place from June 30 until July 15, 2021, announced launch of the “Encyclopedia of Ancient Egypt” by Selim Hassan at the exhibition. The book will be presented to the public at subsidized price

The committee headed by Dr. Haitham Al-Hajj Ali met last Tuesday at the headquarters of the Egyptian General Book.

A number of other decision was taken during meeting including a mascot for the children’s book fair and holding a special event to commemorate the centenary of the writer and translator Tharwat Okasha and the poet Salah Abdel Sabour.
