Women of Flexo Conference to Fuse Art, Science & Success

Women of Flexo, an FTA (Flexographic Technical Association) community group, will be holding its third annual conference at BOBST Atlanta Competence Center, Cumming, USA, on 4-5 March, 2025.
This year’s theme, ‘Art & Science’, will equip women with creative, interpersonal, and technical skills for success in the flexographic printing industry.
The conference will feature two, half-days filled with interactive workshops and inspiring speaker sessions focused on communication, business, leadership, and technology, from a female’s perspective. One of the highlights will be the panel session – ‘The Science Behind Flexo & The Art of Navigating Technical Roles’ – moderated by Kara Pedigo of BiOrigin Specialty Products and featuring industry professionals Amira Jyawook of Coim USA, Emily Ayers of DuPont, Jennifer Amaral of Fortis Solutions Group, and Viviane Ramsey of Sun Chemical. The expert panelists will share their insights on everything from inks to plates to adhesives and innovative packaging, giving a unique look at the science that drives flexo.
Attendees can take advantage of multiple networking opportunities and witness BOBST technology demonstrations and a facility tour. A networking lunch and dinner, along with daily refreshments will be provided.
For two years, the annual event has brought together a diverse community of women in the flexo industry to network professionally, share knowledge, and inspire and support one another.
“The Women of Flexo conference connects women from all different flexo careers, for professional growth and connection,” says Kiersten Borden, XSYS Global sales specialist and chair of the WOF Recruitment & Engagement Committee. “There is an art and science to being a woman of flexo and we’re excited to bring a lineup of speakers equipped to help you master it. Let’s shape the future of our industry together and have fun doing it!”
