Vinsak Shows Wide Range of Innovations at Gulf Print & Pack 2019
Vinsak showcased a wide range of solutions at the recently concluded Gulf Print and Pack 2019. Solutions on display included the VINSAK USAR 430 (modular slitter re-winder) with VIS 1200 inkjet system for variable data printing. Visitors were able to experience live demonstrations of the machine during the show.
The VINSAK USAR is an affordable but efficient slitter and re-winder with upgradable options of die-cutting, VDP, and a 100% inspection system. With all major components driven by servo motors, the equipment can run up to a maximum of 300m per minute. It is backed by powerful software and features a HMI display for easy job set-up and single window operation.
Vinsak also provided information about their recently launched VINSAK USAR with variable cold foiling and digital varnish, plus the VINSAK roll lifter and VINSAK TTR (tabletop re-winders). Representatives from Lombardi, Vinsak’s long-term partner, will also be on hand to present the Lombardi Flexo Press. Lombardi has launched its wide web flexo press of 850mm width and available up to 1m as well.
Vinsak also represented Iwasaki from Japan, and with their intermittent-drive flexo press IF330 and TR2 UV offset printing machine, offers an offset printing solution to the Middle East and India. Show visitors were able to find out more about other product ranges such as Rhino by Pantec for flatbed embossing & hologram in-setting systems, Petrel Security inks and Radus hologram applicator, RFID tag encoding and print personalization for smart products.
