UAE: Dar Al Ber Prints More than One Million Qur’ans

The Dar Al Ber Society announced that it has printed more than one million copies of the ‘Holy Quran’ over the past seven years at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Center for the Printing of the Holy Quran in Dubai, for distribution within the Emirates and in many countries around the world, within the framework of partnership and cooperation between the two parties. This was done to support the efforts of preserving and caring for the Book of Allah, Blessed and Exalted be He, and to support its memorization and reading and to consolidate its sublime values.

Dar Al Ber Society and the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for the Printing of the Qur’an signed a new cooperation agreement on Sunday at the Society’s headquarters, Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. According to which the Qur’an Center will undertake the printing of the Qur’an, books and various publications for the benefit of the Society, with the aim of distributing them inside and outside the country, in order to continue publishing the book of Allah by providing free copies of it, in the Emirates and the world, and instilling its principles and instructions in hearts and minds, and promoting it with the approach of moderation, tolerance and spreading happiness.

Dar Al Ber, during the signing of the agreement, was represented by Mohammed Suhail Al Muhairi, member of the Board of Directors, Executive Director of the society, while the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for the Printing of the Holy Quran in Dubai was represented by Mr. Faisal Salem bin Haider, Director of the Center, in the presence of a number of officials on both sides.

Muhammad Suhail Al Muhairi confirmed that the new agreement provides for the development of an integrated plan, extending for a whole year, to print the Noble Qur’an, publications, and scientific, legal and awareness-raising publications issued by the Dar Al Ber Society, in light of the technical and scientific conditions and specifications determined by the society.

Al-Muhairi pointed out that the agreement is important based on the premise that Dar Al Ber represents a social, cultural charitable association, concerned with serving knowledge and its people, preserving cultural legacies, supporting scientific and university publications, supporting students of science and postgraduate studies and printing their useful publications, which led the society to conduct a partnership with the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for the Printing of the Noble Qur’an, in light of its vast experience, advanced technologies and high craftsmanship in this vital field, for cooperation and joint work in the service of the Book of Allah, through the printing of the Qur’an, books, scientific research and various publications.
