Saudi’s National Distribution Company Elects New Chairman

The Board of Directors of Riyadh-based National Distribution Company (NDC),a major multi-brand wholesale distributor of beauty and personal care products in Saudi Arabia, elected Muwaffaq Saad Al-Nuwaiser of Makkah Printing and Media Corporation to be its Chairman, succeeding Khaled bin Fahd Al-Arifi of Al Yamamah Press Foundation, who submitted his resignation from the post.

The selection of Al-Nuwaiser was unanimously acknowledged by the members present at the company’s emergency board meeting No. 112, which was held last Tuesday via Zoom, wishing him success in his new endeavour.

In turn, Abdulaziz Abbas Al-Sahli of National Distribution Company expressed his thanks and appreciation on behalf of all board members to Al-Arifi for all his achievements during his term as chairman of the board.
