Propaper Tanzania 2024 Sees Big Business Deals & Collabs
Propaper Tanzania 2024 concluded on a successful note, with big business deals cracked, ideas shared, and local and international collaborations in the paper, packaging, tissue, and printing industries. The East African nation’s growing potential in the paper, packaging, and printing sectors made this event a significant one.
Organised by Dubai-based Verifair Events from 7-9 November, 2024, at Dar es Salaam’s Diamond Jubilee Hall, the three-day premier B2B event offered a strategic platform for paper, paper products, and raw materials; paper packaging and paper printing machinery and equipment; digital printing; label, signage, screen, and textile printing; rigid and flexible packaging; tissue converting machinery; and service and software.
Narayan M., founder and CEO of Dubai-based exporter of fluting paper and test liner Uma Paper Industry, says, “The excitement to ‘rub shoulders’ with existing and prospective clients finally caught up by participating in Propaper Tanzania 2024.”
Indian paper recycler KRecycling CEO Sanjeev Khullar spoke about the good experience with Verifair at the event: “We look forward to building successful business partnerships in the near future.”
“Great moments for us,” was what founder and CEO of Quality Masters Group for Paper Mill Services and TQM For Export, Egypt, Karim Elshamy gave in his terse comment about his participation in Propaper Tanzania.
Marwa Pires, Export and Packaging Manager at Ramco Group, UAE, says, “The exciting event provided the chance to network, connect with industry professionals, and meet suppliers from around the world eager to collaborate. Tanzania’s growing potential in the paper, packaging, and print sectors makes this event even more valuable.”
Interestingly, Pires, on the very first day, fell in love with Tanzania: “I believe if I write more about Tanzania will not be enough for a book!”
