Orange Jordan Launches ‘Digital Inclusion Guide’ in Braille

In a move reflecting its commitment to making a positive impact on society, Orange Jordan – a subsidiary of global telecom giant Orange – announced the launch of its ‘Digital Inclusion Guide’ in Braille across all its showrooms throughout the Kingdom, coinciding with World Braille Day (4 January 2026). The initiative aims to enhance the experience of visually impaired customers and empower them to seamlessly access its digital services, aligning with its ‘Our Abilities Are Different, But Our Potential Is Certain’ umbrella of inclusion solutions and initiatives for people with disabilities.

The guide aims to enable visually impaired customers to easily identify devices, applications, and services designed to promote inclusion, ensuring a seamless and integrated experience within Orange Jordan showrooms and on its digital platforms. It features several multimodal accessibility enhancements, including sign language in both Arabic and English, audio output, and a printed Braille version. The guide will be available in Braille by the end of January 2026 in Orange showrooms and on its website.

Orange Jordan affirmed that this step comes within the framework of its approach based on commitment to and fulfillment of promises, through the development of practical solutions that create a positive and sustainable impact on society, and contribute to enhancing digital inclusion as an essential part of its strategy, embodying its endeavour to establish the principle of equal opportunities in accessing technology and digital services for people with disabilities, and enabling them to access its digital solutions easily and independently, believing that true technology is that which is available to everyone without exception.
