Key Figures in Nonwovens Industry Converge in Geneva

Switzerland’s beautiful capital Geneva will be hosting INDEX23, the world’s leading nonwovens exhibition from 18-21 April, 2023, at Palexpo international exhibition and conference centre.

Taking place every three years, the expo will bring together key figures in the dynamic field of nonwovens from all around the world, including all sectors of the industry and supply chain actors, to meet, collaborate, and discover the latest innovations and best practices. It represents a cost-effective and highly-targeted opportunity to reach the entire market in a single location.

Being the largest nonwovens exhibition, INDEX23 covers everything, from nonwoven machinery, adhesives, binders, chemicals, and composites to surface treatments and waste-handling equipment. The event will showcase nonwovens from six sectors including filtration, geotextiles and civil engineering, hygiene and cleaning, medical – infection prevention, packaging, and transportation.

Over 600 exhibitors who have signed up will showcase some of their latest products and services to thousands of global visitors, including industry decision makers, senior executives, and the media. New launches will include A. Celli’s Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) for better plant automation, CEIA’s SDT digital metal detector and TE metal detector, Elmarco’s INFINITY line of virtually defect-free nanofibres, Gul Ahmed Textile Mills’ premium fibre Cair, Henkel’s Technomelt DM Eco, a new sustainability-focused adhesives grade for the nonwovens market, Idrosistem Energy’s large-scale water treatment and recovery tests, Industria Macchine Automatiche’s (IMA) high-speed open frame flow wrapper for industrial wet wipes, Lenzing’s VEOCEL lyocell carbon-neutral fibres, Sonnerclearing’s biodegradable spunlace fabric and wood fibre wipers, and Sparkle Innovations’ compostable sanitary pads. “The products and services displayed throughout the exhibition will provide a snapshot of how our industry is developing and it is privilege to know that the dynamic nonwoven market of the future will continue to make positive contributions to the world in which we all live,” says Pierre Wiertz, former general manager at EDANA, the European association of the nonwovens industry.

INDEX23 Seminars constitute a unique opportunity to catch up with the nonwovens industry.
