HP Launches Large-format Ink Tank MFP in Nigeria
The ink tank MFP simplifies printing needs of copy shops and AEC industry professionals; suitable for growing hybrid work models in Nigeria’s professional landscape
Tech giant HP has launched its large-format DesignJet Smart Tank T908 multifunction printer in Nigeria and select other countries in Africa. The T908 is part of HP’s DesignJet portfolio that simplifies the printing needs of copy shops and architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) professionals who increasingly work in hybrid environments and require high-quality prints, regardless of their location.
“This is the first large-format ink tank multifunction printer designed to help copy shops and AEC professionals print, scan, and copy seamlessly and affordably,” says Ernest Azzam, Large Format Printing Lead – Middle East & Africa, HP.
The 36-inch printer provides high-quality, cost-efficient printing solutions, addressing the evolving needs of professionals working in hybrid environments. Besides accelerating turnarounds with speeds of up to 120 A1 prints per hour, the spill-free bottle system allows easy ink refill even while printing, ensuring effortless maintenance. The printer uses 85% less ink for routine cleaning and preserves energy consumption by automatically scheduling when the printer is powered on and off.
