Global Brands Sign Up for SGI Dubai 2019

SGI exhibitors OKI and Orafol to rely on new product launches to increase presence in the Middle East

International Expo Consults (IEC) part of Falak Holding, have announced that OKI Europe and Orafol, among others, have signed up for SGI Dubai 2019. The premier show in the Signage, Outdoor Media, Screen and Digital Printing, LED and Textile Printing industries, SGI Dubai is one of the most awaited events of the year frequented by hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of visitors. The 22nd edition of the largest show for the industry in the Middle East will be held from 13th – 15th January 2018 at Halls 4,5,6,7 and 8 of the World Trade Center in Dubai.

Welcoming OKI for SGI Dubai 2019, Sharif Rahman, CEO of IEC said, “We have a long-standing relationship with OKI and are ecstatic to work with them again this year. Talking about SGI Dubai, Youssef Zamrawi, Specialty and Large Format Sales Manager- Middle East, OKI Europe Ltd. stated, “For OKI, SGI has always been a gateway to new leads and opportunities in the market as well as the perfect opportunity to meet end customers. We had a good experience last year and have high expectations from SGI Dubai 2019. During the show we would be showcasing large format printers – H3-104s, M-64s, E-64s series, Pro Series and the Pro series Envelope Print System, Label printer, the heat transfer solution with our White Toner and Neon Toner.”

Talking about the future for OKI Europe Ltd, Youssef added, “We have new product launches planned for the near future. Early next year we plan to launch the only Label printer with a 5th colour, unrivalled media flexibility, and high durability of print using LED dry-toner. We anticipate further growth for OKI in META (Middle East, Turkey and Africa) region after we introduce the label printer and traffic signage application, alongside our focus on vertical industries.”

According to Tina Anderson, Global Marketing Manager, Orafol, “We have been participating in SGI Dubai for the past couple of years now and we intend to fully utilize the opportunity to introduce full series of new and innovative products for the Middle East market. Orafol probably has the widest range of car wrapping films in the marketplace, including special decoration and tuning films and protective laminates. We recently opened our latest facility which will ensure that our product line is more accessible in the MENA region.”
