Flint Group acquires American Inks and Coatings
Flint Group has acquired American Inks and Coatings (AIC) based in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. This strategic acquisition creates a strategic position for Flint Group in the Paper & Board packaging segment and an enhanced position in the flexible packaging segment. With this investment, Flint Group seeks to extend its reach and expand its product portfolio in North America.

The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions, including necessary regulatory approvals, and should be completed later in 2016.
