Dubai’s Matrixpack Ups Production with Gallus Labelmaster
Dubai-based label manufacturing company Matrixpack has given its production capacity a boost by investing in a new Gallus Labelmaster 440.
The label printing machine gives a high level of process flexibility and boosts production efficiency, handling even high printing speeds of up to 200 m/min with absolute register accuracy. Other features include gearless lightweight aluminium printing cylinders that enable exceptionally short setup times and super-fast job changes, user-friendly and movable HMI touch panel for simple and intuitive operation, and compact design and shorter length enabling reduced waste.
The Labelmaster 440 marks the fourth addition to their Gallus machine portfolio in just eight years, showcasing their commitment to innovation and growth. Known for its expertise in label printing, Matrixpack is now expanding more into shrink sleeve and monofilm production.
The company specializes in self-adhesive, PVC shrink sleeve, and OPP wrapround labels, serving a variety of major industries including food and beverage, home and personal care, lubricants and chemicals, healthcare, and logistics.
A division of Himatrix Group, Matrixpack is headquartered in Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZ) with a production facility in Al Jazeera Al Hamra, Ras Al Khaimah.
