AH Plastic Spurs Production with New BOBST VISION CI Press

Saudi-based packaging solutions provider AH Plastic Products has invested in the latest-generation BOBST VISION CI flexo press. This strategic decision aims to elevate the company’s print quality, efficiency, and sustainable performance.

The BOBST VISION CI flexo press is a high-performance solution for flexible packaging, offering a blend of advanced automation, superior print quality, and cost-effective operation. Its robust design and anti-vibration features ensure high graphic resolution and print consistency at speeds of up to 500 m/min, on a wide variety of substrates, including film, paper, and laminates.

Key automation technologies, such as smartSET, an onboard semi-automatic impression and registration setting, and smartGPS, an optional, advanced feature that automates registration and impression setting process offline during the plate mounting stage, dramatically reduce job changeover times and waste. The press is also designed with a compact ergonomic footprint for ease of use and maintenance, and incorporates smartCLEAN technology that supports sustainable production by saving ink and substrate, besides smartVIEW system for optimal web visibility.

These features combine to provide a highly efficient, reliable, and user-friendly press that can handle diverse job lengths and meet demanding quality standards.
