China’s Yoco Retrospects drupa 2024 Success

Looking back, Shanghai Yoco Printing Machinery Co., Ltd., China’s post-press machinery manufacturer, reminisces about a good showing at drupa 2024, the leading exhibition in printing technologies.

At drupa, three automatic diecutters, the 1650 series, the 106 series, and 76/85 series were on display. The 1650 large format diecutter series is equipped with German MMS non-stop feeding system, double sheet detection device, gripper front edge waste removal system, non-stop delivery system with motorized delivery rack for scratch-free products, and can handle a maximum sheet size of 1650 x 1200 mm with cutting speed topping at 5000 sheets/hour.

The 106 series automatic cutting and creasing machine comes with 300 tonnes cutting pressure. The German MABEG non-stop feeding system enables the machine to achieve a top speed of 125 sheets/minute. Other features include high pile design for maximum pile height up to 1600 mm, inverter-controlled main motor that gives a maximum speed of 7500 sheets/hour, and pneumatic lock-up system on diecutting chase to increase efficiency.

The 76/85 series comes with a cutting pressure of 200 tonnes, maximum cutting speed of 7000 sheets/hour, and maximum pile height at feeder of 1300 mm.

While the die cutting and foil stamping machines produce high-quality paper, cardboard, and corrugated board boxes, folder gluers ranging from 620 mm to 3200 mm are versatile for cardboard, plastic, and AB flute box gluing applications.

Established in 2002, Yoco’s licensing partnerships with international machine manufacturers including NIKKO and Tanabe (Japan), Kohmann (Germany), and Steinemann (Switzerland) to produce their machines in China has greatly enhanced their product portfolio.
