Spectrum Unveils Expansion Plan
Spectrum Digital Print Solutions, a UAE-based company focused on delivering innovative digital printing solutions, has outlined plans for an exciting expansion. Fuelled by increasing growth over the last few years, the company is doubling the size of its Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) outlet and transforming it from a straightforward retail operation into a business and self-print centre. Spectrum is also extending its operations to Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), where it is running an offsite printing facility.
The company, which operates several outlets across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, has always placed customer service at the heart of its operations and says the expansion of its DIFC branch is further proof of its goal to continually meet and exceed the expectations of its customers. The outlet continues to deliver its high quality, retail printing services, providing clients with design and print solutions for standard and luxury business cards, creative presentation packaging, brochures, invitations, business stationery and much more, but now boasts a business centre where customers can jump on a computer and go online whilst they wait. Alternatively, those customers looking for a quick and easy high quality print or photocopying service can now avail of the self-print facility at the branch.
Commenting on the expansion plans, Daniel Rodgers, Group General Manager, said: “By doubling the space of our existing DIFC outlet it allows us to offer our customers an additional array of services and facilities, and in a more accessible, practical and user-friendly space. It is beneficial to our staff too; we have been able to create a working environment that enables our staff to be more productive, but at the same time is a more comfortable and inviting space for them to work in.”
“In addition our DSO facility is equipped with six new machines, which considerably enhances our production capabilities. Its secure, offsite location also provides an additional layer of privacy and confidentiality to our printing process, something that is of key importance to many of our clients,” Rodgers added.
Spectrum’s expansion comes on the back of several successful years, which have seen the company continue to grow financially, develop an increasing portfolio of exciting product offerings and scoop a number of awards and recognitions at regional and international print award ceremonies.
Rodgers, who was involved in setting up Spectrum in 2006, attributes the company’s ongoing development to several factors: The company’s commitment to continually reinvesting in the business, its willingness to listen and communicate with its customers, strong teamwork and staff relationships and its capability to produce high quality, market leading products and services.
“Spectrum can produce niche, on demand, quality products often to extremely tight deadlines,” he explains, adding: “We believe in listening to our clients, adapting our business with the times and investing in the right people. We look after our staff as we identify the value they bring to the company and also the benefit of having staff grow with us over the long term.”
