RMGT Displays a New Model From 10 Series Sheetfed Press at Fuchu Factory Showroom

RMGT is preparing to replace the 10 series at Fuchu Headquarters Showroom with a new model.  The Japanese manufacturer will invite customers around the world to visit the showroom and see the machine in action. The model, 1050LX-6+IR+DU (Drying unit) +2LD (Double delivery) with PQS-D (I+C+R), is highly versatile and works with oil-based process ink, conventional UV ink and LED-UV ink compatibly interchangeable with each other. The state-of-the- art press boasts IR/Hot air dryer, conventional UV lamp and LED-UV.

More than 50% of Japanese package printers who opted for RMGT machines preferdouble delivery with PQS-D. These features help printers improve their productivity and consistency while printing highly value-added packaging products, especially when various patterns of impositions are required.  PQS-D(I+C+R) is a unique optional device that has three functions of quality inspection, color density tracking and register adjustment, and it can be associated with Double-delivery in order to significantly optimize productivity as the key to greater efficient printing operation.
