Sharjah-based orangepac, known for their expertise in luxury packaging, has invested in the state-of-the-art Heidelberg Speedmaster CX 75 machine, becoming the first to install the printing press in the Gulf region.
The Speedmaster CX 75 is a versatile printing press, most suitable for commercial printing, label printing, and packaging printing. The inclusion of the sheet travel concept with double-diameter impression cylinders opens up a wide range of applications and can take a large variety of substrates ranging from 0.03mm to 0.6mm. The machine’s top production speed is 15,000 sheets per hour and is available in four, five, and six colours with a coating unit.
With Push to Stop, the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) can be raised to a level seldom achieved in the past, and the patented Intellistart 3 assistance system revolutionizes job changes with comprehensive, time-optimized automation.
The compact Speedmaster CX 75 can be perfectly integrated into almost every pressroom, with the ergonomic press concept permitting quick and easy operation, producing exactly what the customer wants in a cost-effective and sustainable manner. The most striking feature of CX 75 is its footprint, which aptly addresses the pressing issue of constraints with space, and is the narrowest printing press designed by Heidelberg.
