Delivering vibrant color results and outstanding quality that WOW will be the new TECKWIN SHARK 5000 FAST high-speed, super-wide press running at 660dpi with a maximum print width of five metres. It incorporates eight FUJI StarFire SG600 printheads.
The easy-to-integrate, high performance, drop-on-demand StarFire SG600 printhead for single-color operation combines superior jetting performance with a high nozzle packing density. Each StarFire SG600 printhead has 1,536 independent channels arranged in 6 rows in a single nozzle plate. All 1,536 nozzles can be fired simultaneously or individually. In binary operating mode, the StarFire SG600 printhead is designed to eject adjustable drop sizes from 8 up to 33 picoliters.
For color that pops, Magenta Vision will present its portfolio of the highest quality UV-curable, UV LED, solvent, ECO solvent, latex, fluorescent and water-based inks.
With their small particle size, low odor, low irritancy and fine dispersion levels, Magenta Vision inks drastically reduce printhead maintenance while also offering an extremely large color gamut and perfect surface tension for processing colors and preventing overspray and color mixing. Additional benefits include improved curing and drying properties enabling correct surface curing and drying for excellent adhesion and flexibility. As a result, they ensure high quality results on a variety of substrates inlcuding corrugated and laminated papers, coated and uncoated substrates tissues, envelopes, bags, labels, aluminum foils, and all kinds of foils PE, PP, PET, PVC.
