Personalisation Experience Returns to Berlin for 3rd Edition

Personalisation Experience is back for its third edition offering visitors an opportunity to explore the latest innovations and trends in personalisation technology from a wide range of exhibitors and to engage and network with thought leaders.

Taking place from 6-9 May, 2025, at Messe Berlin, Germany, as one of the co-located events along with FESPA Global Print Expo 2025 and European Sign Expo 2025, Personalisation Experience 2025 is designed to connect brand owners, retailers, marketers, and agencies, who wish to tap into personalisation to enhance their business and product offering through the use of printers, OEMS, and software providers.

This year’s event comprises three elements: an exhibition showcasing the latest innovations in digital print personalisation; SmartHub, which hosts the Smart Factory; and the SmartHub Conference with daily sessions.

The dedicated exhibition space will enable visitors to see up-close and in-person the latest innovations for customisation from companies including Antigro Designer, Konfiwear Designer, ip.labs, Printbox, and Printess.

Visitors will also see a wealth of personalisation solutions – from both digital print and textile manufacturers and suppliers – from exhibitors across all eight halls of FESPA Global Print Expo, including 3M, Adobe, Agfa, Berger Textiles, Brother, Colorgate, Drytac Europe, Durst, EFI, Enfocus, Epson, George+Otto Friedrich, Inkcups, Kongsberg Precision Cutting Systems, Metamark, PrintFactory, and Roland.

At the heart of FESPA’s Personalisation Experience will be the SmartHub, a dedicated information area within the show floor comprising a Smart Factory bringing smart, intelligent manufacturing to the forefront alongside the SmartHub Conference with an array of insightful content sessions.

The Smart Factory will highlight the latest on-demand technologies from a variety of vendors and experts in garment decoration, apparel production, and interior décor, and will demonstrate the numerous commercial opportunities that personalisation offers via focused tours.

PE Conference

Running daily, the SmartHub Conference will explore topics and trends such as artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and sustainability, as well as real-life customer stories about personalisation experiences. Industry visionaries from companies including Cloudprinter.com, EFI, Jubels, McGrewGroup, Nutshell Creative, Printerpix, PrintFab, XMPie, and YourSurprise will provide thoughtful presentations and panel discussions.
