The advanced SmartControlSystem ensures better diagnostics, more uptime, and higher reliability, enabling printers to process more jobs per shift, with less waste, and fewer unplanned maintenance moments.
A suite of AI-driven automation tools, such as HP PrintOS, AAA 2.0 (Automatic Alert Agent), HP Indigo Spot Master, and HP Nio, optimises production efficiency. By offering operators real-time insights, reduced set-up times, intuitive troubleshooting, and automated colour management, makes the HP Indigo 6K+ ideal for companies with staff shortages or complex onboarding processes.

The new digital press is designed for converters looking to increase operational efficiency and expand their applications. The press excels at printing on-demand, short-runs, and high-mix jobs, with high accuracy and consistent quality.
With support for a variety of substrates and complex applications, the 6K+ offers smart labels embedded with a variety of brand protection elements, and powered by the PrintOS Creativity Power Pack for variable data designs.
The press also offers plenty of opportunities to diversify into new markets by producing labels or packaging applications for any vertical – from PS labels to shrink sleeves, IML, wrap-arounds, laminated tubes, flexible packaging, and folding cartons.
The press covers up to 97% of the colour gamut with the widest range of speciality inks including Silver ElectroInk, spot colours, invisible inks, fade resistant inks, and a comprehensive white ink portfolio.
Sustainability that Pays Off
With shorter set-up and execution times, the HP Indigo 6K+ reduces CO₂ emissions per job by up to 20% and reduces media loss. The press supports a variety of sustainable substrates with recycled and renewable materials. In addition, the new consumables reduce maintenance time – up to several hours per month per press – and waste, allowing companies to meet their sustainability goals without compromising profitability.
