Heidelberg Talks Versatility From Commercial To Packaging Printing
Juffali Printing systems Heidelberg’s representative in KSA launched a seminar in Riyadh titled “The Press Versatility from Commercial to Packaging”.
The event took place at the Riyadh Intercontinental Hotel on Sunday February the 16th and was followed by lunch at Al Bustan Restaurant at the Intercontinental. A number of high profile printers participated at the event.
Two top speakers from Heidelberg Germany, Felix Müller, Senior Vice President for Sheetfed Product Management and Ralph Schoenfeld, Regional Business Management for postpress products presented a range of topics on productivity, efficiency and versatilitty in commercial and packaging printing and introduced Heidelberg’s solutions and equipment.
The Topics covered included Prinect Workflow, Quality Controls, CD, CX and SX printing presses, commercial and packaging finishing.
The new features and capabilities of finishing equipment such as increased productivity and processing of oblong formats for commercial and packaging operations were also highlighted. According to Heidelberg saddle stitchers ST 200 and ST 500 are equipped with servo drive technology and offer printers more flexibility and productivity. Heidelberg’s other finishing products such as EB 1300 Perfect binder, Dymatrix 106 SB and Diana X are all featuring new functionalities which help printers to expand their services and enhance their performance.
