When it comes to wide format printing Digi Matrix’s star product will be an all new Dilli NEOTITAN UV 3.2m & 5m Roll To Roll super wide format printer. This new mean and green printer is replete with jaw dropping technical and environmentally friendly features. The 4 colour machine delivers photorealistic printing quality with 1440 dpi resolution. Armed with state of the art drop on demand piezo electric technology the printer offers maximum speed of 150 Sqm/hr with single print head per colour. Dilli NEOTITAN UV printer is an ecofriendly solution that gives you a perfect balance between environmental imperatives and business needs. The printer uses original Dilli UV inks that contains no organic volatile compounds while at the same time minimizes energy usage. It can print on a wide range of flexible substrates.
Another highlight from Digi Matrix is Dilli NEOTITAN 1604D-WV Printer with white & varnish Colours. This state of the art combo flatbed and roll to roll UV inkjet offers best of the both worlds. This highly sophisticated piece of kit prints at a respectable 33sqm/hr on a wide variety of substrates including rigid, roll, coated or uncoated materials. The machine enjoys all the benefit of belt feeding and media systems which are well suited for high productivity. Dilli NEOTITAN 16004D-WV delivers superb quality thanks to its perfectly controlled droplets at 1440 dpi which creates photorealistic images. The machine is equipped with Dilli’s trade mark automatic UV lamp shuttering device that automatically sets the curing functionality of the lamps depending on the selected printing mode.
Dilli’s technology is in many ways unique. Based on independent study by prestigious FLAAR Report Dilli was among the first manufacturers to use a vertical pole with beacon lights as well as the only manufacturer that its hybrid printers actually incorporate levels into structure of printer.
Visitors to Digi Matrix stand will also have to opportunity to see DGI VE3204D Eco Solvent super wide format printing machine in action. This printer is targeted at 3.2 meters wide format market and is designed and built in South Korea, but features Japanese printing heads from Konica Minolta. Throughput of up to 120 square meters per hour (720 x 360 dpi) is accompanied by bulk ink tanks for on the fly refilling, and automated cleaning and end-capping. Image resolution of up 1440 dpi and a Wasatch RIP make this unit suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications as well as vehicle wrap work. The machine is suited to running odour free eco solvent inks from DGI.
