FESPA Global Summit Held
The 3rd FESPA global summit was held successfully despite unfavourable climatic conditions experienced in UK. Held from 22nd to 23rd January 2013 at the Brewery and Montcalm Hotel in London, England, the FESPA global summit aims to help printers worldwide to get connected in one place, to share ideas, network, learn and develop relationships.
About 200 printers attended the two day event, which featured traditional conference sessions, interactive workshops, panel discussions and networking sessions. The summit explored and devised routes to success and provided an opportunity to the attendees to hear from quality brands and agencies.
Content included sessions from the following: Leadership, Sustainability, Successful Sales, Making the Most of Marketing, Digital Textile Printing, Shared capacity, Social Media for Business, Mergers and Acquisitions, New Technology in Print, Market Trends, as well as case studies from leading print companies and print buyers from all over the world including key brands and agencies from Unilever, Samsung, Tesco, Saatchi & Saatchi, JC Decaux and Icon World. The summit was open to print service providers, advertising agency representatives and brand owners.
As part of the two day summit, delegates had access to exclusive information including the FESPA Global Survey, and had the opportunity to discuss about sectors like wide format digital printing, screen printing, and also discuss about the challenges and opportunities faced by the industry. All delegates will receive VIP status for FESPA 2013 to be held in London from 25 to 29 June 2013.
