Fespa Digital 2016 seminars to focus on all aspects of digital printing
Fespa Digital 2016 will offer an educational programme designed to encourage printers to look at the wider opportunities for their business. The Digital Seminars content will provide printers with key insights into digital printing technology, and real life examples to inspire them whether they’re already established, or just starting out.
Sessions in the Digital Seminars area will focus on all aspects of digital printing and digital textile printing, offering a variety of topics for printers to choose from, depending on their business focus. Each seminar’s subject has been chosen in-line with the main trends identified in the Fespa Print Census, a global research project undertaken by Fespa in partnership with Infotrends to understand developments in the wide format, screen and digital print community.
Digital wide format print seminars already confirmed include sessions on industrial printing, colour management, label UV printing, customer demands, colour matching in retail applications, and textile printing.
Other content at Fespa Digital 2016 for visitors to take advantage of include the Sign Seminar area, located in European Sign Expo, providing exclusive presentations on everything related to signage.
Those interested in learning more about digital textile printing can also attend Fespa’s one-day Digital Textile Conference, which will take place on Tuesday 8 March at the RAI.
Printeriors will also host a dedicated one-day conference on how print can be used as a creative tool for interior decor, where designers and printers will present seminars looking at the latest trends and applications in this growing sector.
Roz McGuinness, Divisional Director, Fespa, comments: “This year’s educational programme will provide thought-provoking content from industry professionals to help visitors identify new opportunities to grow and expand their business, as well as providing general business and industry advice. Knowledge share and best practice are key values to Fespa, and through our content programme, we can provide the latest industry, technology and application information to help printers think about the possibilities for diversification.”
