India’s ACG Bolsters MENA Footprint with TAFC Acquisition

Indian company ACG has acquired Technical Aluminium Foil Company LLC (TAFC) – one of the leading flexible packaging companies in the UAE – expanding its footprint across the MENA region.

Mumbai-headquartered ACG is the world’s only integrated pharmaceutical solutions and manufacturing company for capsules, films & foils, engineering equipment, and inspection systems. The company stated that the acquisition will further solidify ACG’s position as a leading provider of comprehensive packaging solutions.
