Gulf Commercial Group’s Renewed Focus On Growth
Gulf Commercial Group (GCG), a synonymous name in providing office automation solutions has been a recognizable force in the UAE for over two decades now. The group boasts a list of international partners and provides customers digital imaging solutions, network and remote printing services, document archiving, web content management, workflow automation process, office automation equipment and many more services.
With the ever growing market in the UAE, GCG has witnessed many new developments and the appointment of Moayad Elsaadany as its Marketing Manager is the latest among them. ME Printer caught up with Moayad to know more about his newly acquired role and his visions for GCG. In the words of Moayad, “I have almost 10 years’ experience in this industry and have worked with Xerox Egypt, where I handled various departments and then I left to join Canon ME and later Canon Qatar. Three months back I came to Dubai to take my position as Marketing Manager for Gulf Commercial Group.”
“GCG has undergone many new developments recently; we have a new management and a new structure with a renewed focus on growth. We are also focusing on diversifying our reach by expanding into KSA, Oman, and Qatar and also into other Gulf regions. We aim for a horizontal growth by acquiring new vendors and are also focusing more on providing turnkey solutions such as Managed Print Service.”
Enumerating their range of services, he said, “We offer products and solutions of major brands like Kodak, Kyocera, and Samsung among others. In digital we are the sole distributor in the region for Kodak Nexpress machines.”
Detailing their capability to offer a range of products and services under an umbrella, Moayad said that they have an upper hand compared to other OEM suppliers in the market because of their versatile product range and service capability. GCG offers its range of services to offices with 5 to 10 machines and also to multinational companies with worldwide branches. With dedicated teams for their entire fleet of products, GCG is confident that they would enter a wider arena in the coming years.
