Xerox Emirates, a joint venture between Mohamed Hareb Al Otaiba and Xerox Limited, highlighted how Managed Print Services (MPS) can help improve productivity and reduce costs at a roundtable conference held in collaboration with IDC. The roundtable was held in Dubai on March 12th and Abu Dhabi on March 13th and was attended by CIO’s, IT specialists and recognized industry leaders from across the UAE.
The partnership between Xerox Emirates and IDC provided a platform for discussions around the current challenges that organizations face in managing their hardcopy and digital documents, and analyzed a host of solutions that enable organizations to address their current and future information needs.

Keynote speakers, Simon Howells, MPS Manager, Xerox Middle East, Raed Hmoud, Sales Manager, Business Process Outsourcing, Xerox Emirates and Tobias Kleu, Research Manager, IDC Central Europe highlighted that design and management of information-driven processes must be improved substantially. An optimized printing and imaging infrastructure that utilizes MPS is fundamental to delivering an efficient information management system and can bring significant and lasting business benefits.
